We want you to love your Buffalo David Bitton denim, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
